Returns / Exchanges

Your Satisfaction is important to us. Please read carefully the details and instructions below.

1. Original sales receipt must accompany returns or exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty. 
3. The return items must not be a special order or a custom order. Custom orders can not be returned.

4. You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. 

If an online purchase of an item is incorrectly shipped by us, you must contact "sales@yamishoes.com" within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided.

Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.  
For returns, upon receipt and verification of the condition of item returned, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. For exchanges, upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, your selected item will be shipped to you.   If any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason non-returnable, prepayment of shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.
